Refunds are not permitted. However, returns for exchanges may be allowed if an issue is communicated to our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your package. Please review the requirements for eligible exchanges below.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
1. Timeframe:
Merchandise must be returned within 5 business days of receipt.
2. Condition of Merchandise:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Clothing tags and any attached hangtags must remain intact. Items that are damaged, worn, or soiled will not be accepted.
3. Resale Suitability:
Returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
4. Shipping Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the merchandise. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Note: Olanii reserves the right to reject any exchange that does not meet these conditions, including items showing signs of wear.
5. Processing Time:
Standard Orders: Processed, verified, and shipped within 2–4 business days.
Express Orders: Processed within 1 business day.
Black Friday/Cyber Monday: Orders are processed within 3–6 business days due to high order volume.
Important: Shipping transit times are separate from order processing times. For example, selecting next-day shipping does not guarantee next-day delivery after placing your order.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please follow these steps:

Wait one additional business day, as delivery may have been prematurely marked by the carrier.
Contact Local Post Office: If it’s a USPS package, contact your local post office for details about the delivery. Request information about the specific delivery and the carrier involved.
8. File a Claim:
If your package remains missing, contact USPS or the relevant shipping provider to file a claim.

International Shipping and Customs Fees
1. Import Duties and Taxes:
Packages shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges vary based on the item’s value, dimensions, country of origin, and destination regulations.
The buyer is responsible for any additional charges incurred.
2. Customs Process:
If your package is held by customs, you will need to pay the applicable fees to release it.Failure to pay customs fees will result in the package being returned to Olanii.
Note: Olanii does not have control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount.
